Our Return & Exchange Promise

We stand behind the quality of our wind-powered creations, from our delicate 12-inch accent pieces to our spectacular 56-inch Flo-Tail Deltas. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’ll work with you to ensure your experience with our products is as uplifting as flying one of our premium kites.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • Return request is made within 15 days of delivery
  • Item is unused and in the same condition as when you received it
  • Item is in the original packaging with all tags attached
  • Proof of purchase is provided (order number or receipt)

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Custom or personalized kites (including specially ordered large-scale deltas like our 19-foot models)
  • Opened seasonal or accent items from our “Accent Seasons” collection
  • Kites that show signs of use, wear, or improper handling
  • Items not in their original condition or damaged due to customer mishandling

Return Process: Step by Step

  1. Submit Your Return Request
    Contact us within 15 days of receiving your order using the template below or by emailing [email protected] with your order details.
  2. Wait for Authorization
    Our customer service team will review your request and, if approved, provide you with a Return Authorization Number and shipping instructions within 2 business days.
  3. Package Your Item
    Securely package the item in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation. Please include the Return Authorization Number on the outside of the package.
  4. Ship Your Return
    Send the package to our returns center at:

    Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

  5. Confirmation & Refund
    Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll send you a confirmation email. Your refund will be processed within 5-10 business days.

Exchange Process

If you’d like to exchange an item for a different size or model:

  1. Follow the same return process outlined above
  2. Clearly indicate in your return request that you’d like an exchange and specify the preferred replacement item
  3. If the exchange item costs more, you’ll need to pay the difference
  4. If the exchange item costs less, we’ll refund the difference

Refund Information

Once your return is approved and processed:

  • Refund Method: Your refund will be issued to your original payment method (credit card, PayPal, etc.)
  • Refund Timeline: 5-10 business days after we receive your return
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

Damaged or Defective Items
