Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

    • Carrier: DHL or FedEx
    • Delivery Time: 10-15 business days after shipment
    • Includes tracking and insurance
  • Free Shipping – Orders over $50
    • Carrier: EMS
    • Delivery Time: 15-25 business days after shipment
    • Includes basic tracking

International Shipping Note

We ship worldwide! However, please note that we currently cannot ship to some Asian regions and remote areas. Customs fees and import duties are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns & Exchanges

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • Return request is made within 15 days of delivery
  • Item is unused and in the same condition as when received
  • Item is in the original packaging with all tags attached
  • Proof of purchase is provided (order number or receipt)

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and quality assurance, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Custom or personalized kites (including specially ordered large-scale deltas like our 19-foot models)
  • Opened seasonal or accent items from our “Accent Seasons” collection
  • Kites that show signs of use, wear, or improper handling
  • Items not in their original condition or damaged due to customer mishandling

Return Process: Step by Step

  1. Submit Your Return Request

    Contact us within 15 days of receiving your order at [email protected] with your order details.

  2. Wait for Authorization

    Our customer service team will review your request and provide a Return Authorization Number and shipping instructions within 2 business days.

  3. Package Your Item

    Securely package the item in its original packaging with all accessories. Include the Return Authorization Number on the outside of the package.

  4. Ship Your Return

    Send the package to our returns center:

    Note: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Exchange Process

If you’d like to exchange an item for a different size or model:

  • Follow the same return process outlined above
  • Clearly indicate in your return request that you want an exchange and specify your preferred replacement
  • If the exchange item costs more, you’ll need to pay the difference
  • If the exchange item costs less, we’ll refund the difference

Damaged or Defective Items

If your kite arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately at [email protected]. We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund and cover all associated shipping costs. Please include photos of the damaged item and packaging in your email.
